It's not an easy task to perform,. Helping others is a mission in which you can learn a lot about people, about yourself and about the world around you. It's not an easy task to do, but that's what makes it so rewarding as you go. We can all help others in many different ways.
When I set out on this task, a lot of incredible opportunities opened up for me to help others in ways that I didn't know were possible before. Life is a continuous learning experience. Throughout our lives we keep going up and down, learning important lessons along the way. Some of these lessons come from experience, but there are others that we learn by watching others or reading books, for example.
Fighting life's struggles gives you valuable experience. You can better understand situations and people if you compare their battles with your own experiences. When you meet people in a similar situation, you're in a better position to help, since you've walked the same path before. You'll also feel closer to people you've had problems with together.
For example, friends who served together in the military will experience a special bond. Journaling is simply the act of reflecting and thinking about certain aspects of your life, and writing them down and translating your thoughts into words can have a profound impact on all areas of your life. Nobody wakes up in the morning hoping to fight, but fighting can provide you with valuable life lessons. Now I realize that it's the normal course of life because life isn't a straight line that goes from A to B, it's a canvas of circles and waves, ups and downs, ups and downs.
This is a lesson that took me years and years to learn that anything significant in life requires a long-term commitment. When you recognize that life is just an experiment, you'll stop kneeling in the face of fear and you'll significantly reduce your chances of living a life full of regret.
